Tour Reservation Guidelines

1.	On-line tour reservation is highly recommended through the APAGE 2008 official website at www.apage 2008 korea.org and will be available from early July, 2008.
2.	Deadline for E-Tour Reservation is September 30, 2008. After September 30, 2008 you are inquired to reserve your tour on-site tour reservation desk.
3.	Tours are subject to cancel if the number of participants fails to reach a set minimum.
4.	In case of cancellation, the official travel agency will contact you and make a full refund.
5.	Payment will be accepted by credit card and bank transfer as follows.

Payment Methods

1. Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
• All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'allat'.

2. Bank Transfer

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.

•	Sender's name should be the registrant's name. In case of difference between them, a copy of the bank remittance receipt written the registrant's name on should be faxed to the official travel agency at +82-2-336-7334

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.	If you want to change or cancel your tour reservation, please note that cancellation must be notified in writing to the official travel agency via e-mail (joohee@triptokorea.com) or fax (+82-2-336-7334).
2.	All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3.	Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.


Cancellation 7 days before the scheduled date	20% penalty on the cost of tour

Cancellation 2 days before the scheduled date	50% penalty on the cost of tour

Cancellation on the day of the tour	No Refund
