The Secretariat of APAGE 2008 Korea
has designated 2 hotels for accommodations; the venue
hotel, Hotel Inter-Burgo and Hotel J's. Special congress
rates will be applied to participants of the congress
and reservation is available through the official website.
Participants are encouraged to make reservation by September
20, 2008 to reserve a room with a discounted rate.

The room rates are fixed in
Korean Won per room per night, and are inclusive
of 1 person breakfast per room.

| 2. |
As room will be assigned on
a first-come first-served basis, early reservation
is recommended. After September 20, 2008, room
availability and rates may not be guaranteed.

10% tax and 10% service charge
will be added to the above rates.
|
| 4. |
For discounted hotel rate above, all reservations
should be made through the secretariat.
|
| 5. |
Above USD rate is quoted just for your reference
according to the exchange rate as of April 2008.
The actual USD rate may be changed.

In order to guarantee your reservation, your credit
card information must be provided.
|
| 7. |
Room charges and additional individual charges
will be made directly with the hotel upon check-out.

For cancellation received after October 6, 2008 or no-show,
one-night deposit will be charged.
