Registration Guideline
1.
On-line registration is highly recommended through the APAGE 2008 official website at www.apage2008 korea.org and will be available from May 1, 2008.
2.
No Registration will be confirmed until the full payment is received. You will be able to check the status of registration through 'My Page'.
3.
On-line registration will be available by September 22, 2008. From September 22, 2008, you will be required to register on-site.

Payment Methods
Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received and confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment. Payment for the registration will be accepted by following methods.
1. Credit Card
Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'allat'.
2. Bank Transfer
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
Sender's name should be the registrant's name. In case of difference between them, a copy of the bank remittance receipt written the registrant's name on should be faxed to the APAGE 2008 Korea Secretariat at +82-2-2192-3955.

Registration Acknowledgement
Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail automatically upon on-line registration.


Payment Status (Check at 'My Page')
Please check the status of your registration and payment at 'My Page'.
Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment is needed' to 'Payment is confirmed' within one weeks upon clearance of the payment.


Invitation Letter
The organizer will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support. If you need one, you may request it to the Secretariat by September 22, 2008. Please download the Questionnaire for Visa Form, fill out this form and send it to the Secretariat via email (reg@apage2008korea.org).
 
 
¡Ø Notarized Invitation Letter
If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for a visa, you may also request it to the Secretariat by September 22, 2008. Please download the Questionnaire for Visa Form, fill out this form and send it to the Secretariat via email(reg@apage2008korea.org). It will be mailed with in a week after confirmation of your full payment. Additionally, it will be charged USD 40 for notary service fee and required to pay on-site. Please ensure if you need a notarized invitation letter for a visa to the Korean Embassy in your country.
 


Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.
If you want to change or cancel your registration fee(s), please note that cancellation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via e-mail (reg@apage2008korea.org) or fax (+82-2-2192-3955).
2.
All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
Cancellation by September 10, 2008 100% Refund
Cancellation from September 11 to 22, 2008 50% Refunsd
Cancellation after September 23, 2008 No Refund
