APAGE 2008 Korea invites all interested
individuals to submit abstracts to be peer reviewed and
consideration for presentation at the 9th Annual Congress
of the APAGE. Accepted abstracts will be presented as
oral or poster presentation and published in the congress
abstract book.

 Abstract Submission Guidelines |
| 1. |
All abstracts must be submitted
through the APAGE 2008 Korea official website, www.apage2008korea.org
and abstract submission for oral or poster presentation
will be due on July 31, 2008
and for the invited speakers will be due on July
31, 2008.

| 2. |
It is authors' responsibility
to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters
are responsible for every typing error in the abstract.
|
| 3. |
When the abstract submission is completed, an acknowledgement
of the submission will be automatically sent to the
presenting author by e-mail.
|
| 4. |
You can review and modify your abstract on 'My
Page' of the congress website by July 31, 2008.
|
| 5. |
The acceptance of abstracts
will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author
no later than September 10, 2008. Also it can be found
on ' My
page'.
|
| 6. |
Upon acceptance of the abstract,
authors are expected to register and to present
their abstracts at the Congress as oral or poster
presentations. Abstracts will be published in the
Congress Abstract Book only if the presenting author
is registered for the Congress with full payment
by September 10, 2008.

| Forms of Presentation |
|
There are two types of presentations,
oral and poster presentation. The Scientific Committee
will arrange the presentations according to authors' preferences,
however, if the abstract for oral presentation is rejected,
it is highly recommended to transfer to poster presentation.

Selected abstracts for oral presentation will be presented

All abstracts submitted under the
"Oral or Poster" options that are not selected
for oral presentation will be considered for poster presentation.
Poster presentation allows presenters to discuss their
research with other colleagues at the site of display.

| Requirements for abstracts |
| 1. |
The abstract for oral and poster
presentation should be less than 2,500 characters
not including titles, author's names and affiliations.
|
| 2. |
When you submit your abstracts
online, your abstracts will be automatically edited
according to the designated format. 
|
| 3. |
The abstract should be typed in English. |
| 4. |
Tables and images are NOT allowed. |
| 5. |
Presenting author's name should
be underlined.
